Hello 2021!
We’ve been looking forward to you!
We did it! We made it.
I want to wish you a very happy new year. May it be better personally and collectively better than the one we just had.
Let's leave the bad stuff behind.
Let’s leave behind what no longer serves our souls, our family and friends, our career goals, our business relationships, our lives.
What held you back?
Who wasn’t as supportive as you’d hoped?
In what ways were you not in alignment with your heart and soul?
What relationships, jobs, habits were toxic and/or draining?
Where were you disrespected?
What drained your energy?
Let's carry forward the things that made us stronger and more resilient.
Where were you courageous in the face of fear or doubt in the last year?
In what ways did you persevere when it would have been easier to give up?
What gifts were found in being at home so much?
What moments shone through as examples of what you love about humans?
What gave you hope?
Who made you laugh or feel silly?
What inspired you right to the core?
How did you wake up? How do you plan to keep your new view of the world alive?
What self-care practices did you turn to that could sustain you now?
Did you resurrect any old interests or hobbies?
Where did you go deep and come to the surface with a greater understanding of yourself?
The power of intention-setting.
Intentions are powerful. When you set an intention, you are inviting in a future that includes what you want.
You’re inviting in spirit, energy, and other forces that will help you.
It can be vague or it can be in great detail. It’s up to you.
You don’t need a plan. You just need to decide what you intend to create.
You can do it right now. You don’t need anything but the power of wanting what you want.
What's your intention?
What do you want to happen for you in 2021?
With the strength, courage and grit you gained in 2020 as your foundation, what could you do in 2021?
Who do you stand with?
Who do you stand for?
Do you want more of what you have? Or less? Or do you want to start something completely new?
Is there anything you regret putting off that you could start now?
How do you want to feel?
Is there a word that sums up your intention?
If you could choose a word for 2021 that sums up your intention what would it be? How can you put that word front and center in your day-to-day life to remind you of your intention for yourself in 2021?
