Where the light gets in

It's a big day. And a big night.

It’s Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year.

It’s also The Great Conjunction, where Saturn and Jupiter meet in the sky ending a twenty year cycle and, more significantly, a 200 year cycle.

This conjunction has been called the Christmas Star. It’s a once in a generation bright light in the sky. If the skies are clear where you are, you can look near the moon after sunset today and see it.

In my mind’s eye, I imagine us all looking up into the dark and finding hope in that pinprick of light as humans have done forever.

Where did the light get in for you this year?

Did you realize that you like your work, but not your workplace?

Did your job feel stressful, but you were especially grateful for the paycheck?

Did you trust your intuition and make a move that made no sense before the pandemic started, but made complete sense in light of the events of 2020?

Did your business slow down, so you branched out and created a whole new revenue stream?

Did you find time to rest?

Are you now adept at technology that previously mystified you?

Did the loss of old ways of doing things open up space for new ways that, surprisingly, you like better?

Did you finally have the time to start something beautiful?

Where did you shine through?

In what area did you grow the most?

Where did you falter, but get back up again?

What new strengths do you have now that you didn’t have earlier this year?

When did you choose light over dark?

Where did you have to get creative and later been grateful for the push?

What made you proud of you?d

P.S. If you're interested in the Great Conjunction, I have found Forever Conscious to be very helpful.
