Getting Grounded - A Guided Meditation

In this 15 minute guided meditation, I guide you through a process of gently  climbing back into your body. Why would you want to do this? Getting into your body in a gentle and mindful way creates a beautiful connection to our bodies. This connection provides access to the wisdom and intuition that we so often long for. 

When we integrate the different parts of ourselves, things start to feel right again. It’s a way to get still where we can experience peace and our deep inner knowing. We learn experientially that the answers truly are within us and begin to trust ourselves again.
