This guided meditation helps you create your own still place. You use your imagination to create a space that feels still, safe, and comfortable to you. Because you’re creating it for you, you can make it the perfect place for you. Once you have it, you can return to it at any time you need to get still.
We’re experts at using our imaginations to picture worst-case scenarios. We do that automatically. But, we have to be proactive about imagining good things. While the worst-case can zip into your mind in a flash, it takes a little effort to imagine the best case. But, over time with practice, it can be right there for you too. And, it’s just as valid.
