It\u2019s been a wild start to 2021. I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s only January 15.<\/p>

Yet, when I look out my window, the cycles of nature march on, oblivious to us all. The trees are bare, resting, going deep into their roots, beginning a whole new cycle.<\/p>

This is our chance to begin again too, with new perspectives and deeper wisdom. We\u2019ve been through so much and come so far. There\u2019s still a ways to go. But, we\u2019re stronger now, more resilient. We\u2019ve changed. We\u2019re still changing. We\u2019re going to change some more.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

2020 was not a wasted year. It was a year to wake up, realign your values, and grow and to view things in a new way. How might you use this as your foundation for 2021?<\/p>

How are you going to use this resilience, this new strength you\u2019ve cultivated? How are you going to create optimism for yourself?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

No more waiting. It\u2019s time to choose what you want to focus on, choose how you want to show up. It’s time to find a way.\u00a0<\/p>

But first, take a moment to honor the journey you’ve been on.<\/p>

Honor how much you\u2019ve grown.<\/p>

Gather in all that you have learned.<\/p>

Use this moment to reflect.<\/p>

Then, get real with yourself.<\/p>

Get moving.<\/p>

Draw boundaries.<\/p>

Bring awareness to how you spend your days.<\/p>

Be ruthless with your time.<\/p>

Release what no longer serves you.<\/p>

Respond instead of reacting.<\/p>

Lean into what you want.<\/p>

Pause and choose.<\/p>

Ask yourself, how has my life taken on new meaning? What is calling to me? What no longer fulfills me? What made sense before, but doesn\u2019t make sense anymore?<\/p>

Where am I giving my time and energy to people and situations that no longer serve me? Why?<\/p>

Where am I stuck in the same old patterns? Getting the same old things?<\/p>

How can I take that spark, that thing that lit me up and let it light my way?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Let’s normalize beginning again. And again. Until we get the life we want.<\/p>

There\u2019s no going back. Only forward momentum. Use it all on your own behalf.<\/p>
