Why would you want to do this? Getting into your body in a gentle and mindful way creates a beautiful connection to our bodies. This connection provides access to the wisdom and intuition that we so often long for.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">When we integrate the different parts of ourselves, things start to feel right again. It&#8217;s a way to get still where we can experience peace and our deep inner knowing.
